A C & H Company offers an unrivaled 100% money back guarantee on our repair services. If the repair fails within 90 days, we will make it right for free or refund every penny you spent on the repair. We don't subtract any processing fees and we don't make you jump through hoops. If it fails, we make it right or you get your money back.

That guarantee helps inspire us to do the best possible work while providing our customers with a great sense of comfort and security. Over 99% of our customers are more than satisfied with our work, and would recommend us to their neighbors, friends, and family.

There are a few exceptions, and although it is very unlikely you will want to make use of our guarantee policy, you should understand those rare conditions under which we can't provide a refund:

We offer a free estimate up front. If you have already confirmed or approved the acceptance of a repair, and we repaired your unit to working order and it is still working, we cannot provide a refund. Your approval represents an acceptance of the final project and serves as an implicit statement of satisfaction.
If you have failed to communicate with us for more than ninety days from the repair date, any refunds will be at the discretion of A C & H Company management.
If your system fails/stops working due to a different issue, we cannot offer a refund. However, we are always willing to credit repair costs to us in the past 90 days toward the price of a new/replacement system installed by us.
This guarantee does not apply to Replacment or New systems (i.e. the purchase of a new condenser, heat pump, furnace, boiler, or coil/fan coil). We offer much more comprehensive warranties on New Installations and Replacement systems, many 5 to 10 years, or lifetime warranties on certain components. This is clearly described in any of our free Installation/Replacement estimates.

Other heating and air conditioning companies may claim to offer a guarantee, but they offer only fine print riddled with loopholes and hidden fees. Our policy is straightforward. If you aren't happy, just tell us during the repair/installation process and we will take care of you.

Our liability is limited to the payment received from you against the project. In case you cancel a project we will have the right to sell or use the designs shown to you as we may deem fit.

Should the Customer receive a refund, Customer acknowledges that it will have no right (express or implied) to use any concept or other work product.
