Absolutely. We do not hire anyone who has not had an extensive background check and drug test. In addition, we have agreements with Sears Home Improvements, ServiceMagic.com, and American Home Shield, all of whom independently background/drug test our staff.

Do you perform a load calculation for sizing new/replacement equipment?
First off, you may ask, "what is a load calculation?" A load calculation involves measuring your house and evaluating the materials of which your house is made to determine the right size equipment for your home. Just like the story of Goldilocks and the 3 bears, your heating/air system will operate most efficiently if it is not too big, not too small, but just right.

Any reputable contractor will perform a load calculation.
